At the Garden we have carefully crafted the Galerie and Studio space not only for its beauty and nod to a Midwest heritage, but also for its workshops and art shows of Indiana artists. With the number of talented creatives in our area, our hope is to showcase these artists not only in the Galerie but also in our workshops within the Studio.

“I love finding beauty in the mundane and capturing the energy of life in the moment—that’s what I love about plein air painting.”

Jason Bailey is an American painter drawn to light and atmosphere in the landscape. He often works in street scenes, buildings, old houses, and alleys, where man-made and organic elements intersect. He is equally inspired by tree lines, rivers, snowy environments, figures, and coastal scenes.. Spending most of his time painting outdoors from life, Bailey has developed a strong ability to capture light and atmosphere on canvas.
